It is our first time booking with Winbuddy. My wife and I are very pleased for the 10 day complete Iceland package. Booking with you was easy and Felicia was very accomodating and efficient in arrgain g our trip that include 3 people leaving from Toronto and another from Houston. You sent the information when needed and ahead of time. The trip information was very useful for our arrival and transfer to the hotel. The experience in Iceland was amazing. Julius Freysner was our tour guide. He really was oustanding and amazing guide who open the opportunity to know a lot about the country, enjoy the items included in the intenerary and getting a good insight on Icelandic culture life and history. He is is amazing guide who loves Iceland and makes you wnjoy and love his county as well. Transporation, accom,accomodation and adding new tours to our intenerary was easy. All arrangements about transfers, accommodation and adding additional tours worked very well. I would like to mention that our tour guide, Julius Freysner or Julli, was amazing. He really enjoys his w ork, loves Iceland and in the days we were with him, we learnt about Iceland, the culture, life, history and culture. His passion for Iceland was evident every day. He made sure that everyone on the trip got the attention and service. In a few days we learnt to love Iceland, appreciate the small details and especially, we did not feel he was following a script to tell us things. He was speaking from his heart and he really opened to us a beautiful book on Iceland that we keep in our memory. He made a big difference in making a tour going from excellent to outstanding and unforgettable. He helped everyone by adding new tours and making recommendations on where to eat or go in the different places we visited. All accommodations were good and the meals included in the plan were fantastic. In the case of the hotel in Akureyri, it was under a big renovation and perhaps was not comparable to the other hotels we stayed in. However, it is very well located and did the work for resting and enjoying the city. The dinners that were included were of real excellent quality. We really enjoyed our trip to Iceland. It exceeded our expectations! Our guide Erling was superb! We particularly like the fact that our group size was small. We were 11 people plus guide. Much more i ntimate & easy to get to know people. We only needed a small bus. The pace was good, the 10 day itinerary- Iceland Complete with Iceland Travel seemed just right, the food was excellent & the hotels were very good. We would highly recommend this trip.
