Our bus driver/tour guide, Edward, was an amazing person. He was humourous, knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, helpful, personable and a great source of fun. He really made the trip with his stories and his sense of history! I would recommend him highly for any tour! British Airways was fabulous in their service which was impeccable, and their aircrafts were so clean and well kept. My one complaint about the trip.....I hate Heathrow airport, which is nothing to do with the trip, other than we had to land there, and take off from there! A horrible place!... Lire la suite

Our driver Edward made the trip what it was. Awesome trip and very knowledgeable of everywhere we went and great recommendations for local restaurants and pubs. If we take another trip in ireland we want Edward as our guide. One suggestion is to have everyone on trip to wear name tags to make it easier to break the ice and know everyone's name... It was very well organized, a very friendly and informed guide and it covered most areas of interest yet left some free time for us to explore on our own. Very good value. It would be nice to travel by another airline other than Air Transat due to tight seating. Also, replace the bodhran (Irish drum) demonstration with something else. It wasn’t worth the visit since we really didn’t learn much about it. On the other hand the sheep dog demonstration was very good. All in all a very fun, informative and interesting tour.... Beaucoup de route en bus nous a permis de voir différents paysages de l’Irlande Le seul hôtel qui ne satisfaisait pas à un 4* fut celui à Dublin où le séjour fut de 2 jours.( 1 nuit à l’arrivée et 1 nuit au départ) Les visites des châteaux furent très appréciés, les commentaires du guide/conducteur aussi. Très intéressant la visite chez un berger et ses moutons, la croisière où nous avons pu avoir un petit spectacle de la danse Irlandaise. En gros un voyage fatigant à cause des nombreux déplacements en bus mais où nous avons vu la grande majorité des grandes villes et de leurs Pub et resto.... Lire la suite

Our guide/driver Calvin Marillier was exceptional. He made this trip unforgettable for us. Most tour companies hire a driver & a guide but Calvin did both. He charmed us with his knowledge, story telling, sense of humor & warmth. We feel very fortunate to have been part of this group. We will consider using Wingbuddy again to visit Northern Ireland. ...
