Our Charms of the Cyclades tour was excellent. Only the flight and transfers were included as per the itinerary, yet there was always a Wingbuddy representative to meet at the ports and transport to the hotels, and deliver us to the next island. I really liked the ability to communicate via WhatsApp to Wingbuddy. They were always responsive when we messaged that way. Hotels were 3 star as advertised, so it was accurate. The breakfast in Mykonos was fantastic. At the other hotels it was okay. One shuttle in Paros didn't have a sign to search for us. We wound up taking the same hotels other shuttle.... Lire la suite

Overall great experience! Well organized. Driver arrived late in santorini, contacted Wingbuddy, they answered quickly. When we arrived at the hotel Marina, really well received. They apologized multiple times and took good care of us. When we left santorini, Wingbuddy arranged a private bus to the ferry. Hotels were cute and cozy and very clean. We had an Awesome trip, it was very easy to travel around to the Islands with all of our transfers and ferry passes included. The hotels were Great and within walking distance of many of the sights. I realize the cost of the trip was such that it would include only three star hotels, but I think you should let us know there is a possibility of upgrading, that is if there is that possibility. The hotel in Mykonos was charming and the staff great, but there was mold in the bathroom and the hotel in Santorini , although fine, did not offer very good views and the uphill climb was quite strenuous for some. Many complained about the hotel in Paros, but we managed to get a suite and it was wonderful. It was a bit of a hectic trip with all the ferries taking our luggage on and off. You need to consider a better guide in Paros. However, all in all, a great trip, although we enjoyed the Egypt trip we took last year better. We would definitely use Wingbuddy again.... We really appreciated the fact that the trip was customizable so we added a few more days in Athens as we know we will not return (sadly). There were some people in our group who were not happy with the High Mill Hotel on Paros. We were satisfied because we had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Others were in below level rooms that they found unacceptable. The beautiful grounds and close proximity to the town of Parikia were pluses for sure. The breakfast here was the weakest of the three hotels. Loved Paola's Town Hotel on Mykonos, and Kamari Beach Hotel on Santorini is just beautiful in every way!!! We were so happy with everything with Wingbuddy. We upgraded to 4 star hotels and we're so glad that we did. We had an amazing experience. The only thing we didn't care for was the really long ferry ride from santorini to athens. Il serait intéressant que vous proposiez d'être upgradé dans des hôtels 4 étoiles avec un surplus. Car des fois les hôtels 3 étoiles manquent de confort. Mais en général, on a fait un tr��s beau voyage et le service a été hors pair. On a dû rester une journée de plus à Athènes à cause de la grève des bateaux et vous nous avez pris en charge. On n'a pas eu besoin de téléphoner pour annuler la chambre d'hôtel à Paros et on nous a hébergé une journée de plus à Athènes sans qu'on s'occupe de réserver une chambre. Vous avez tout coordonné. Our trip to Greece was fantastic! Our transfers from the airport and between islands via taxis and ferries were seamless! Our taxi driver in Athens, Spiros took the time to take us to a lookout point to see an overview of Athens and the Acropolis before taking us to our hotel! Nous avons eu un excellent service. Nous avons évité de possiblement manquer notre Vol de retour grâce au communiquer de Geneviève de Wingbuddy, qui nous a avisé de la grève des traversiers prévue pour la journée de notre départ de l’île de Tinos. Sans cet avertissement nous n’aurions probablement pas réussi à revenir à temps pour notre vol de retour. Les accueils et transport étaient parfait. Le seul petit commentaire est pour le choix de l’hôtel à Athènes... nous avons trouvé que le secteur où se situe cet hôtel...laisse quelque peu à désirer. Somme tout nous sommes très satisfait, ferons sûrement affaire encore avec Wingbuddy pour un prochain voyage...et n’hésiterons pas à recommander Wingbuddy. Mer i pour tout Jasmine et Michel... We knew we were getting 3 star hotels in Mykonos and Paros and they were ok. Athens hotel was located close enough to important sites. This was a freedom tour, which worked very well for us. Having the transfers and ferries organized for us was excellent. We added a week in Crete and changed a couple of things in the package which is the plus when booking with Wingbuddy. We loved the organization offered by Wingbuddy and the freedom the trip offered in allowing us to do the things that interested us. Our air travel was provided by Air Canada Rouge and was pretty basic. That was okay but it would have been nice if that was more clear so we knew to download movies.... Lire la suite

I was very pleased with what we got for the price. What particularly appealed to me was the fact that all the logistics were looked after (hotels, flights, ferries, land transfers) but that we were totally on our own when we arrived at each destination. The breakfasts at all the hotels except the High Mill in Paros were good. The Kamari Beach Hotel in Santorini was more than we expected as we ended up in a large room with a large shower overlooking the courtyard and we were in an excellent location. I realize that the rooms tend to vary there so we appreciated how lucky we were to get a room like that. Our room at Paolo's Town Hotel in Mykonos was lovely and the bathroom was wonderful. The staff was incredible. The noisy road meant we had to close our window at night and walking back from town on the busy road at night was a little disconcerting but the other pluses made up for those small defects. The High Mill in Paros had an amazing view and we were lucky in that we did not have issues with our shower unlike some of the others in our group who had trouble with the water pressure and getting hot water. The breakfasts there were not good and that is the reason I rated the meals as 3* rather than 4*. The staff on the whole was not as pleasant and accommodating as the staff at all the other hotels except for the driver we hired for one of the days. He was an employee of the hotel and was excellent. The big turnoff for me was the fact that there was no mattress cover on the bed. Because of the grounds and the amazing view, it would not take a great deal of money and effort to really perk the place up. The Best Western Museum Hotel in Athens was fine for a stopover but if I were staying in Athens longer, I'd probably prefer one in a different location. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff very helpful. Our only disappointment was that there was a change in the ferry from Paros to Santorini so that we were not on the shorter ferry which meant we lost a day in Santorini. We could easily have spent a week in Santorini. I would definitely recommend this trip to people like me who like to be able to do their own thing and who like to walk. ... Lire la suite

I'm sorry I haven't contacted you sooner...the greek isle trip was awesome. I will admit to a little nervousness before we started over meeting up with drivers, etc. but they were always there and always helpful and friendly. Our favorite hotel was the Mykonos Beach Hotel, favorite island was paros and then there was Santorini!!! Thank you so much for a really great time. I am interested in the Vienna Prague Budapest tour but would probaly have to do it as a single and haven't decided on the single supplement issue. Le voyage etait parfait, hotel a Mykonos cinq et etoiles et plus, hotel a Paros seulement 2 1/2 etoiles, hotel a Santorinni 5 etoiles et plus. Definitivement si vous organiser autre iles en Grece je vais reserve avec vous. Le voyage, les transfers, les taxis, tout etait tres bien organiser. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Transfers were great with no problems. Hotels ranged from 3 star to 5 star in Santorini.Everything promised was delivered!
