I am so glad I paid the extra for superior hotels. The hotels were so close to the major shopping and restaurants. Semi-organized tours were the perfect way to experience the 3 cities, leaving ample time to explore and pick places to eat or stop at a cafe. The only suggestion is for more instruction in how to navigate through the first train station for people like us who have never taken a train in Europe. J’ai vraiment tout apprécié. Les transferts bien organisés et sans retard, les hôtels bien situés et les guides intéressantes et passionnées. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour après avoir visiter Prague, Vienne et Budapest et tout s’est bien déroulé malgré le fait que nous n’étions plus avec le groupe. The tour guide in Budapest was little to be desired and not worth our time. The hotel location in Prague could have been closer to the St. Charles bridge and Old Town square. The drivers in Vienna and Budapest were very good. Over all the trip was what I expected for the price we paid. Overall very pleased with every aspect of this trip. It was much better than my expectations as I have lots of countries under my belt so am aware of the things that can and do happen. All pick up/drop representatives were on time or early as well as informative. Train seats were reserved and hotels well located (I did upgrade and would do again) As a solo traveler all pain points that cause worry were taken care of. Amazing service, everything was perfect, hotels locations were in the best place possible in every city. One time a transportation company forgot to pick us up (probably not wingbuddy's fault), but we called them and they sent a cab really quickly to the point where we got in the train on time (and they proposed to send us new train tickets if we missed it). It was excellent. The hotel in Prague (Embassy) was outstanding, including the breakfast. The tour was good, but the guide just left us about 30 minutes from our hotel. A little strange. Vienna hotel (Max Brown) was a little less impressive than the Embassy, but pretty nice and very adequate. The breakfast wasn't quite as good as the Embassy, but still very nice. Budapest hotel (Arcadia)was in a great location and was very nice. Breakfast was good. All in all it was a great vacation. All transfers were outstanding and seamless. I liked the bundling of the cities in a package like this with the essentials taken care of and the amount of free time. This was the first time we used Wingbuddy and we were very impressed by the service and organization. Every time we had a question we received a prompt and detailed reply. All the transfers and City tours were on time and although the flight from Paris to Prague was delayed for over an hour the driver for our trandsfer was still there waiting for us. Two comments which may be useful for you in the way of feedback. The flight connections for Air France in Paris were very tight and if the flight from Paris to Prague had not been delayed for forty minutes we would not have made it. The second comment is that hotel we chose in Budapest (the Arcadia) although situated in an ideal location was definitely not a four star. The door of the first room they gave us did not lock and they stated that they could not change us. So I did something very unCanadian and complained more. They eventually changed us to a much better room. It was noisy at night as there often seemed to be drunks in the other rooms shouting late into the night. The hotel only had one elevator which took a maximum of three people. In the morning this was being used by the maids and their carts. It was so bad the hotel suggested that clients check out the night before. It also posted signs indicating what time to go for breakfast to avoid line ups.The breakfast was not as good as the other places we stayed at and thus the 4 stars above for those two categories. The other two hotels, the Clement and the Strudelhof were excellent. Overall we had an wonderful time. The type of trip i.e. "Freedom" or "Semi Organized" was perfect for us as we don't like to follow a group. Totally impressed with the services, drivers were on time and punctual, including our pickup at 3:00am for departure from Budapest, all included tours were exceptional as was the flexibility with the sales staff, we customized our trip by adding 4 additional nights.   • Jour 1: Canada​ - Prague (République Tchèque)Vol avec un bon itinéraire.
  • Jour 2: Prague

    Arrivée à l’aéroport de Prague. Vous serez accueillis par nos représentants locaux à votre sortie des douanes et transférés à votre hôtel à Prague. Le reste de la journée/soirée est libre pour découvrir Prague et ses lieux historiques.

  • Jour 3: Prague

    Après le déjeuner à l’hôtel, découverte de l’incroyable ville de Prague avec votre guide local. Cette visite à pied vous permettra de découvrir la vieille-ville, célèbre pour son horloge astronomique du début du XVème siècle et la place Venceslas. Vous continuerez ensuite vers le pont Charles et Kampa, où l’excursion se terminera. Après-midi et soirée libre. Nuitée à Prague. (Déjeuner)

  • Jour 4: Prague

    Déjeuner à l’hôtel. Journée libre à votre convenance pour continuer à savourer la beauté et l'ambiance unique de la ville de Prague. Vous serez sans doute impressionnés par le magnifique Pont Charles du 14ème siècle, une structure en pierres monumentale de 500 mètres de long bordée par 30 statues observant les passants, qui connecte la Vieille-Ville bourgeoise à Mala Strana, le quartier du Château de Prague. Deux majestueuses tours gothiques protègent le pont à chaque extrémité. Au coeur de Mala Strana, n'oubliez pas de visiter l’église Saint-Nicolas, l'une des plus visitées de Prague, qui est considérée comme l'un des plus beaux monuments baroques d’Europe. (Déjeuner)

  • Jour 5: Prague - Vienne (Autriche)

    Après le déjeuner, accueil dans le vestibule de votre hôtel et transfert de votre hôtel vers la gare de train. Départ en train pour Vienne.

    Arrivée à la gare de Vienne. Accueil par nos représentants locaux et transfert à votre hôtel à Vienne. Profitez de la fin de l’après-midi et de la soirée pour commencer votre exploration de Vienne. (Déjeuner)

  • Jour 6: Vienne

    Après le déjeuner à l’hôtel, vous devrez vous rendre au point de départ de la visite de la ville, situé dans le centre, près de l’Opéra d’État de Vienne. Cette visite guidée d’une demi-journée commence par un trajet en bus le long de la célèbre Ringstraße, où se trouvent les monuments les plus emblématiques et majestueux de la ville. Vous pourrez admirer l’Opéra d’État de Vienne, l’ancienne résidence impériale du Hofburg, le Musée d’Histoire de l’Art, le Parlement, l’Hôtel de Ville (Rathaus) et le Burgtheater. De là, vous continuerez vers le Château de Schönbrunn, l'ancienne résidence d'été des empereurs d'Autriche. Vous aurez un aperçu de la vie de l'impératrice Élisabeth, dite Sissi, et de son mari l'empereur François-Joseph lors d'une visite guidée (en anglais) des salles d'apparat - sans délai d'attente. Après-midi et soirée libres. Nuitée à Vienne. (Déjeuner)

  • Jour 7: Vienne

    Déjeuner à l’hôtel. Journée libre à votre convenance pour continuer votre exploration de la ville. Promenez-vous le long des rives du Danube et découvrez l'architecture variée et parfois insolite de la ville. Faites une pause à l'un des cafés légendaires de Vienne et en soirée, assistez à un opéra, un ballet ou un concert de musique classique dans l'une des prestigieuses salles de la ville. Nuitée à Vienne. (Déjeuner)

  • Jour 8: Vienne - Budapest (Hongrie)

    Après le déjeuner, accueil dans le vestibule de votre hôtel et transfert de votre hôtel vers la gare de train. Départ en train pour Budapest.

    Arrivée à la gare de Budapest. Accueil par nos représentants locaux et transfert à votre hôtel à Budapest. Profitez de la fin de l’après-midi et de la soirée pour commencer votre exploration de Budapest. (Déjeuner)

  • Jour 9: Budapest

    Après le déjeuner vous serez transferés de votre l’hôtel au point de départ du tour guidé pour une demi-journée de la ville de Budapest où votre guide local vous présentera les sites immanquables de la "Perle du Danube". Vous commencerez la visite par le "Pont aux chaînes", puis vous vous dirigerez vers le Parlement, monument iconique de la ville situé sur les bords du Danube. La visite continuera vers l'île Margaret, via le pont Margaret, jusqu'au district du château où vous verrez l'église Matthias, le bastion des pêcheurs et le palais royal, avec en récompense une vue magnifique depuis la Citadelle. Vous traverserez ensuite le Danube vers le côté le plus achalandé de Pest jusqu'au marché central et la plus grande synagogue d'Europe. Vous vous arrêterez sur la Place des Héros et vous dirigerez vers la basilique Saint-Étienne en passant par l’avenue Andrássy, classée au Patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Nuitée à Budapest.   • Jour 10: Budapest

    Après le déjeuner, profitez d'une journée libre à votre convenance pour continuer votre exploration de la ville. Budapest est la capitale des bains et thermes d'Europe. Il existe plus de mille sources d'eaux chaudes naturelles en Hongrie et la capitale en dénombre plus d'une centaine à elle seule! Immergez-vous dans cet environnement unique en vous relaxant dans l'une des nombreuses sources thermales dont les plus connues sont Széchenyi, Gellért et Kiràly. I am so glad I paid the extra for superior hotels. The hotels were so close to the major shopping and restaurants. Semi-organized tours were the perfect way to experience the 3 cities, leaving ample time to explore and pick places to eat or stop at a cafe. Overall very pleased with every aspect of this trip. It was much better than my expectations as I have lots of countries under my belt so am aware of the things that can and do happen. All pick up/drop representatives were on time or early as well as informative. Train seats were reserved and hotels well located (I did upgrade and would do again) As a solo traveler all pain points that cause worry were taken care of. Amazing service, everything was perfect, hotels locations were in the best place possible in every city. One time a transportation company forgot to pick us up (probably not wingbuddy's fault), but we called them and they sent a cab really quickly to the point where we got in the train on time (and they proposed to send us new train tickets if we missed it). It was excellent. The hotel in Prague (Embassy) was outstanding, including the breakfast. The tour was good, but the guide just left us about 30 minutes from our hotel. A little strange. Vienna hotel (Max Brown) was a little less impressive than the Embassy, but pretty nice and very adequate. The breakfast wasn't quite as good as the Embassy, but still very nice. Budapest hotel (Arcadia)was in a great location and was very nice. Breakfast was good. All in all it was a great vacation. All transfers were outstanding and seamless. I liked the bundling of the cities in a package like this with the essentials taken care of and the amount of free time. This was the first time we used Wingbuddy and we were very impressed by the service and organization. Every time we had a question we received a prompt and detailed reply. All the transfers and City tours were on time and although the flight from Paris to Prague was delayed for over an hour the driver for our trandsfer was still there waiting for us. Two comments which may be useful for you in the way of feedback. The flight connections for Air France in Paris were very tight and if the flight from Paris to Prague had not been delayed for forty minutes we would not have made it. The second comment is that hotel we chose in Budapest (the Arcadia) although situated in an ideal location was definitely not a four star. The door of the first room they gave us did not lock and they stated that they could not change us. So I did something very unCanadian and complained more. They eventually changed us to a much better room. It was noisy at night as there often seemed to be drunks in the other rooms shouting late into the night. The hotel only had one elevator which took a maximum of three people. In the morning this was being used by the maids and their carts. It was so bad the hotel suggested that clients check out the night before. It also posted signs indicating what time to go for breakfast to avoid line ups.The breakfast was not as good as the other places we stayed at and thus the 4 stars above for those two categories. The other two hotels, the Clement and the Strudelhof were excellent. Overall we had an wonderful time. The type of trip i.e. "Freedom" or "Semi Organized" was perfect for us as we don't like to follow a group. As I said we have never used Wingbuddy before but we will not hesitate to travel with you again. You're all doing a great job. James and Diane.... Lire la suite

Totally impressed with the services, drivers were on time and punctual, including our pickup at 3:00am for departure from Budapest, all included tours were exceptional as was the flexibility with the sales staff, we customized our trip by adding 4 additional nights.
