Wingbuddy’s Peace of Mind Booking Policy regarding 2021-22 departures

Full refund via credit up to 45 days prior to departure.
Valid on a new booking including re-booking (if you already have a credit) .

We are getting excited to start traveling again. Many of you have started showing interest in booking a package for a 2021 or 2022 departure. Given the current circumstances and to inspire our travelers to begin booking again and benefit from the lowest rate, we are now offering our new Peace of Mind Booking Policy.

This applies to all new reservations made between September 1st 2020 and until March 01st 2021. This means all new bookings and re-bookings made during this current period are protected under the terms & conditions described below: 

 

Peace of Mind Policy (please read carefully): 

 

As per our usual terms, the deposit for a new reservation is 50% of the package value at the moment of reservation.  

 

For all Tour Packages:  Get a full refund of the amount paid in the form of a credit up to 45 days prior to departure. This credit can be applied on a new date for the same package. You will have 24 months (or more) to use your full credit on file for your new reservation. 

 

For all Cruise Packages (Maritime or River cruises):  Get a full refund of the amount paid in the form of a credit up to 125 days prior to departure. This credit can be applied on a new date for the same package. You will have 24 months (or more) to use your full credit on file for your new reservation. 

 

* For all 2022 departures, the same conditions apply. However, the departure date can be changed for any reason 2021 departures while for the 2022 departures, the free change of date is acceptable only if the covid situation persists with a government notice still active or, for any other reason preventing the trip from operating as planned.

 

Important: Although credit refunds will not be accepted within 0-45 days, or 0-125 days for Cruise packages, you are always protected when booking a trip with Wingbuddy. If the services cannot be provided by Wingbuddy (due to airline, ground services or cruise services not operating) or if a mandatory quarantine is required at destination or upon return, you will have a full refund in the form of a credit with the same conditions mentioned above, according to the type of package booked.
