For Jordan, you are free to tip your guide and drivers at your discretion - we suggest 3 JD for the guide and 2 JD for the driver / per day and per person. For Egypt, the tips are to be paid directly at destination to your guide when you get to Cairo. They are in USD and have to be paid in cash. Feel free to tip at your discretion other local services such as the hotel, cruise ship and restaurant staffs.

Yes, you may add extra nights to your package. We can add nights in Amman before or in Cairo after the tour. Simply make the request with your reservation agent who will change your flights accordingly. We strongly recommend including the same hotels as we will be able to reschedule your transfers. The price will be confirmed by your agent depending on availability.

Yes, this package is very secure. At all times, you will be taken care of by your local expert guide who will accompany you everywhere you need to go. The places you will visit along the Valley of the Nile are no longer under travel advisory from the Gorvernment of Canada. All of our clients who took this tour have felt very secure throughout their entire stay. They have expressed their satisfaction to have finally been able to make their dream come true.

While tradition is very important in the Egyptian and Jordanian cultures, you will be able to dress to your liking without too much trouble. You are not expected to wear local clothing. In public places, it's okay to wear short-sleeves, knee-length dresses, and shorts. As a rule and just like anywhere else, we encourage travelers to be respectful of the local traditions.

Currency: Jordanian Dinar and Egyptian Pound.

The US dollar is also widely accepted in Egypt. We recommend bringing about $500 USD / person in cash.

Visa:

In Jordan, the visa fee is already included in your package.

In Egypt, the visa is not included. Canadian and American citizens can obtain their visas before arriving in Egypt.

Both guides-Salah in Jordan and Ahmed in Egypt were excellent!!

I can not say enough good things about our trip to Jordan and Egypt! We were met at the airport, driven to our hotel and to all the sites! It was wonderful!! All the meals are provided and the service was excellent. Everyday we would meet our guide and driver and head out to a wonderful adventure. Truly a beautiful experience. I would like to go back and see the sites again it was that good. My dreams came true to see Petra and the Pyramids and we even rode a camel. We tried to go under water in the Dead Sea but it’s impossible! Truly magical countries full of history and wonder.

We went to Egypt and Jordan in December 2023 and it exceeded our expectations. We felt safe every day. We were greeted at the airport before passport and visa control which was great, we had awesome guides, we had great transportation and a great itinerary. My husband has many food allergies and he did not get sick as every place we went to, the guide asked for the chef to make a special plate for him. We are highly recommending this trip.

My bucket list is complete……. Salah in Jordan and Macmut in Egypt were Wonderful!!!!!!
Maybe a nite at the Dead Sea would have been relaxing ! The cruise was short but sweet , staff was good on the ship.
The train to Aswan was the worst part , it was FILTHY and Old. We can now laugh about it , glad that this will knot be part of the tour going forward . So glad we did not cancel because of what is going on in Gaza .

Efficient service by all the staff pick and drop off at the destination. We found very professional in handling. Over all we had an amazing experience with tour guide, driver. Then only negative opinions I would like to say is the train from Ashwan. The cabin definitely not 1st class. Long ride not very clean this train ride I would avoid next time. But I must say It was good experience. We would like to thank Wing buddy staff for doing great job. You were very efficient in replying to any questions I had for that Thank you. Our trip to Jordan and Egypt was fabulous. Both our guides, in Jordan Zinat, and our guide in Egypt Ahmed Wahab were fabulous. Their knowledge of their countries both current and historical was amazing. We were learning at every turn. Ahmed's degree as an Egyptologist made my dream trip to Egypt everything I had hoped for and more. Thank you Ahmed! Being met at the airports by Wingbuddy reps made everything so smooth! The food at every location was both varied and filling, buffets everywhere - no one was left hungry. The Hotels were great with comfortable beds everywhere. Fabulous trip! We were the only two on the Egypt portion of the tour which was AMAZING, however we were told we would be part of a group. The guides, drivers, & airport reps and were 1st rate making sure everything was perfect for us including getting the Covid tests as needed for each leg of our travels. I would definitely recommend Wingbuddy.

We are quite satisfied with all your arrangement and service, especially the tour guide in Egypt named Elia who was very knowledgeable and of excellent service. With comparison, the tour guide in Jordan was somehow disppointed. Almost all of our tour members had same feelings. We missed some spots in Amman, such as Museum and Blue Mosque, he did not mention it and even no any explanation. However, we all enjoyed our trip and have had great fun. All 16 tour members were quite friendly and of help to each other. Again, thank you so much for your all staff's efforts to make such wonderful trip for us. We will definitely plan our next trip with Windguddy.

A wonderful trip. We had an exceptional guide in Egypt. Islam instantly related to our group (which was also great by the way) and did much to make our experience outstanding. This is the second time I have used Wingbuddy and will do so again in the future.
Downside was a group of Francophones that after Jordan requested their french speaking guide. I am sure this impacted our guide in regards to tips etc.
