This amazing package is a Semi-organized tour. The beauty of it is that it's completely hassle free for you: all flights, transfers, hotel with breakfasts and included tours are taken care of. You will be part of a group during the tours (45 people maximum), the rest of the time you are free to enjoy your vacation whichever way you prefer!

Yes, you can book a single room for this tour, offering you comfort and privacy in your own space. Please note that single rooms are thoughtfully designed to offer a cozy and comfortable stay, typically featuring a single bed and a space slightly smaller than a standard double room.

Airport transfers include shuttle passes. The shuttles leave the airport every hour and they are easy to locate from the arrival gate. You will just have to show your vouchers on the bus. The ride to Reykjavik is about 45 minutes.

Buses and large vehicles are not permitted in Reykjavík’s city center due to local regulations. Your designated transfer point will be near your hotel and indicated in your Travel document. 

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city. Within 20 minutes of walk, you will be in the heart of the Reykjavik. You may request a more central hotel, supplement applies.

 Yes, your hotel will suggest a variety of excursions that you will be able to book directly with the tour desk. Additionally, there are several tour agencies on Reykjavik's main street, you may visit them on your arrival day.

In Iceland, all bills include gratuity so tips are not expected. Tipping the guides, drivers, hotel staff and other local services is always appreciated and remains at your discretion.

All your breakfasts (buffets) are already included. For the other meals, you are free to taste the local gastronomy on your own. The cost of a lunch starts at $15 CAD / $11 USD if you eat light (like a sandwich) but can go up to $35 CAD / $25 USD. We suggest using the local stores to get snacks and sandwiches for your lunches in order to eat supper at a restaurant without exceeding your budget. It is important to know that the cost of living in Iceland is higher than in North America.

Yes, you may add extra nights to your package. Simply make the request with your reservation agent who will change your flights accordingly. We can include the same hotel or you may stay under your own arrangements. The price will be confirmed by your agent depending on availability.

They can best be seen between October and until the end of March even early April. Keep in mind that we are talking about a natural fenomenon over which we don't have any control. What is great is that your Northern Lights included tour will be rescheduled if necessary in order to give you more chances to see them!
