  • Day 1: Canada – Palermo

    Departure flight to Palermo.

  • Day 2: Palermo

    Arrival at Palermo Airport, the historical and cultural capital of Sicily. You will be welcomed by our local representatives upon exiting the airport and transferred to your hotel in Palermo. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or begin exploring the city at your own pace.

    Located between the sea and the mountains, Palermo charms visitors with its rich heritage shaped by Greek, Arab, and Norman civilizations. Its lively markets, majestic palaces, and churches adorned with mosaics make it a vibrant and authentic city.

  • Day 3: Palermo

    After breakfast at your hotel, depart for a guided tour of Palermo, a city shaped by multiple cultural influences. You will discover Piazza Pretoria and its monumental 16th-century fountain, as well as the churches of La Martorana and San Cataldo (external views), both reflecting the city’s rich Arab-Norman heritage. The visit also includes the Church of Saint Catherine of Alexandria and its Baroque cloister, followed by a tasting of Sicilian cannoli, a traditional pastry filled with ricotta. You will also see the Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti and Palermo Cathedral (external views). Finally, you will discover the Norman Palace and the Palatine Chapel, famous for its golden Byzantine mosaics. Lunch and afternoon at leisure to enjoy the city at your own pace, or you may choose our optional excursion to Monreale. Dinner and overnight in Palermo. (Breakfast – Dinner)

    Excursion to Monreale ($)

    Visit the famous Arab-Norman cathedral, renowned for its spectacular Christ Pantocrator and golden mosaics, as well as its Benedictine cloister. Return to Palermo for exterior visits of Teatro Massimo and Teatro Politeama Garibaldi.

  • Day 4: Palermo – Segesta – Selinunte – Agrigento

    Breakfast at the hotel, then departure for Segesta. You will visit its majestic Doric temple dating back to the 5th century BC, remarkably preserved and set within a landscape of wild hills. Continue to Selinunte, an ancient Greek colony founded in the 7th century BC by the Elymians. After lunch at leisure along the way, you will discover one of the largest archaeological parks in Europe, either the archaeological site of Agrigento or that of Sciacca, where impressive remains of Greek temples rise above the sea. At the end of the day, you will continue to Agrigento. Check-in at your hotel followed by dinner.(Breakfast – Dinner)

  • Day 5: Valley of the Temples – Piazza Armerina – Catania Region

    This morning after breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the famous Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This exceptional site reflects the grandeur of the ancient Greek city of Akragas. You will see the Temple of Juno, the Temple of Concordia — one of the best-preserved Greek temples in the world — and the remains of the Temple of Castor and Pollux. Continue to Piazza Armerina to visit the Roman Villa del Casale. This magnificent villa from the 3rd and 4th centuries is renowned for its remarkably preserved mosaics depicting mythological scenes, hunting scenes, and everyday Roman life. Lunch at leisure, then drive toward the Catania region. Arrival in the afternoon and check-in at your hotel before dinner. (Breakfast – Dinner)

  • Day 6: Catania – Syracuse – Catania

    After breakfast at your hotel, departure for Syracuse, one of the most prestigious cities of the ancient Greek world. You will explore the island of Ortigia, the historic center of the city, including the Arethusa Fountain, the cathedral built on the remains of an ancient Greek temple, and the Senate Palace. Continue on the mainland to see the Greek Theatre, the Latomies (ancient stone quarries), the Roman Amphitheatre, and the famous Ear of Dionysius.

    Lunch at leisure before taking back the road to Catania for an orientation tour of this Baroque city built from volcanic stone. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to stroll through lively streets or relax in the cafés of Piazza del Duomo before dinner and overnight at your hotel. (Breakfast – Dinner)

  • Day 7: Catania – Mount Etna – Taormina

    Breakfast at the hotel. Today, you will enjoy an excursion to Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe and a natural symbol of Sicily. You will travel by coach to approximately 1,900 meters altitude, at the Silvestri Craters, where you can observe ancient lava flows and extinct craters. At destination, you will have the opportunity to climb Mount Etna (approximately €82 per person, including taxes, payable on site to your guide).

    Return to the hotel for lunch on your own, then in the afternoon depart for Taormina, an elegant seaside town perched above the Ionian Sea. You will visit its famous Greek-Roman theatre offering spectacular views of Mount Etna and the coastline. Enjoy free time to explore the shops and picturesque streets of the historic center before dinner and overnight at your hotel. (Breakfast – Dinner)

  • Day 8: Taormina – Brucoli (Sicilian Coast)

    After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred in the morning to your hotel in Brucoli, located on the eastern coast of Sicily for your seaside stay. Check in at the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to appreciate the natural surroundings, the sea, and the hotel facilities. (Breakfast – Dinner)

  • Day 9 to 10: Beach Stay in Brucoli

    Located by the sea on the eastern coast of Sicily, your hotel offers an elegant setting between crystal-clear waters and volcanic landscapes. Ideal for ending your trip in a relaxing atmosphere, the hotel combines contemporary comfort with Mediterranean charm in a preserved natural environment.
