Description:
As a member of the operation team, the operations agent will take care of the post-sales services of the reservation coming from customers, travel agents and other marketing partners. The operation agent could also support the sales team if required.
Main tasks:
- Reserve land portion with our partner at destination
- Reserve and manage cruise reservations
- Reserve flights via our partners, SABRE, SIREV or via consolidators
- Prepare and send travel documents to customers and travel agents
- Manage post-sales requests coming by email, phone or in person
- Collaborate with the management team to improve the processes in place
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer services (essential)
- At least 1 year of experience in the travel industry (an asset)
- Experience in a similar position (an asset)
- Bilingual (excellent English and functional French spoken and written)
- Essential computer experience on Word and Excel software
- Experience with travel software as SABRE, SIREV and PC VOYAGE (an asset)
