Day 1: Canada - Cairo (Egypt)
Flight with good itinerary.
Day 2: Cairo
Arrival at the Cairo airport. Greeting and transfer to the hotel.
Day 3: Cairo - Luxor (Sleeping Train)
Breakfast at hotel. Start Full day tour of Pyramids (from outside), the Sphinx and the Egyptian Museum. This tour also includes lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to the first class sleeping train between Cairo and Luxor.
Day 4: Luxor
Breakfast on the train. Upon arrival Luxor, transfer to your cruise. Visit of Luxor and Karnak Temples.
Day 5: Luxor
Breakfast on board. Visit the West Bank the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, Deir El Bahari, the Memnon Colossus and the incredible Valley of the Kings.
Day 6: Edfu - Kom Ombo
Breakfast on board. Navigation to Edfu. Visit Temple of Horus continue to Kom Ombo and visit Sobek Temple. Navigation to Aswan.
Day 7: Kom Ombo - Aswan
Breakfast on board. Visit of the Aswan High Dam, the Philae Temple and the unfinished Obelisk.
Day 8: Aswan
After breakfast, disembarkation. You will be transferred to your hotel in Aswan. Today, take your time to explore Aswan on your own pace or enjoy the facilities of your hotel. You can also take an incredible optional tour ($) to Abu-Simbel. Dinner and overnight stay in Aswan.
Abu Simbel optional tour (+$165 taxes included per person):
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Abu-Simbel. Enjoy the peace and magic of this Nubian town, dedicated to Ramses II and Nefertari, the world-famed temples will take your breath away. (At the end of the tour a transfer will take you back to your hotel in Aswan)
Day 9: Aswan - Cairo
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to the airport of Aswan for your return flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo.
Pyramids sound and light optional show (+$65 taxes included per person):
For an hour, you enjoy the sound and light show near the pyramids and the Sphinx. The history is re-told by the Sphinx, telling you the most ancient secrets of the world. In the 21st century, you go back in time thousands of years ago to see how they were built and survived! The show manages to convey the great humane spirit and creativity behind their creation. Day 10: Cairo - Canada
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight home.
